You must complete the course by the anniversary date on which you were licensed, i.e. you must complete the 30 hours by or before exactly 365 days after you were first licensed.

30 Hour Post License Online Course. These courses are taken completely online, at your own pace, log in and log out with your own user name and password. You may start the course immediately after signing up. It is approved for the hours stated,and the Virginia Real Estate Board requires you to spend 50 minutes per credit hour. No books and no classroom time needed.

All online post-license Virginia real estate courses are approved for credit hours by the Virginia Real Estate Board. Upon verification of course completion, the Virginia Real Estate Board will be notified.
